2. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and handling fees will be added at checkout where applicable.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until the order has been processed and approved.

​MEI ships throughout Canada and the United States.

 

Shipping availability, methods, and rates may vary depending on the delivery destination, order size, and product requirements.

Order Processing

​

​Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. ship the next business day.

​

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable statutory holidays.

 

Custom products, special orders, and items requiring additional handling may be subject to extended processing times. Customers will be advised of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates

​

​Shipping rates are determined by order weight, delivery destination, and available shipping methods. Applicable rates, including regional flat-rate shipping and free-shipping offers, are displayed at checkout.​ Free-shipping eligibility is calculated using the qualifying order subtotal before applicable taxes.

 

Shipping promotions are limited to the eligible delivery regions and conditions specified at checkout.​ MEI may subsidize shipping charges to provide customers with competitive delivery rates.

Estimated Delivery Times

​MEI provides estimated delivery times throughout Canada and the United States based on the destination and date of order placement.

Lower Mainland, BC: 1 business day

Rest of British Columbia: 1–2 business days

Prairies (Alberta, Saskatchewan, & Manitoba): 1–3 business days

Central (Ontario & Quebec): 3–5 business days

Atlantic & Territories: 6–14 business days

United States

​

USA West: 4–6 business days

USA Central & Mountain: 5–10 business days

USA East & South: 7–14 business days

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of order placement. Orders placed after the 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time cutoff may require an additional business day for delivery.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier schedules, weather conditions, customs clearance, shipment size, destination accessibility, or other circumstances beyond MEI's reasonable control.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Methods

​MEI uses third-party carriers, freight providers, and company-operated delivery vehicles to fulfill orders.

​

MEI reserves the right to select the carrier or delivery method based on shipment requirements, destination, and operational considerations.

Large and Oversized Shipments

​

​Certain products and larger orders may require palletized freight, specialized transportation, or additional delivery arrangements.

​

If additional shipping arrangements or charges are required beyond those presented at checkout, MEI will contact the customer to discuss the available options and obtain approval before proceeding with additional charges.

Warehouse Pickup

​

​Free warehouse pickup is available for eligible orders.

​

Customers will be notified when their orders are ready for collection. Orders should not be collected until pickup confirmation has been provided.

International Shipping

​

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other applicable charges. 

 

Unless otherwise specified at checkout or agreed upon in writing, the customer is responsible for applicable import-related charges. Customs processing may result in additional delivery time.

Delivery Delays

​MEI makes every reasonable effort to fulfill orders and meet estimated delivery timelines. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

 

MEI is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen events, subject to applicable law. 

 

Customers experiencing delivery issues are encouraged to contact MEI for assistance.

Shipping Information

​Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. Incorrect addresses, incomplete delivery details, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in additional charges or delays. 

 

MEI may contact customers to confirm delivery information when necessary.

Distributor Purchases

​

​MEI products may also be purchased through authorized distributors in select regions. 

 

Orders placed directly with distributors are subject to the respective distributor's shipping rates, delivery schedules, and terms and conditions.

Policy Changes

​MEI reserves the right to modify shipping rates, delivery areas, available shipping methods, and this Shipping Policy at any time. 

 

Changes will not retroactively alter the shipping terms agreed upon for previously accepted orders unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy. Unless otherwise stated, products may only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or shipped in error. Custom, special-order, hazardous, or used/opened products may not be eligible for return.
